How should I organize my ad campaigns in Google AdWords? I want to present my ads for a product on content networks, search network and placement targeted networks separately. But at the same time I cannot reuse my keywords. . How should I go ahead with it then?
Also, is there any way where I can find which sites to exclude and which sites to include in my ad campaign?
