We are looking for an affiliate manager to help us grow our public records site.
Initially the position will be 80% recruitment and 20% management, although that balance will change as the program matures.
The key skills required to be successful in this position are
– a “sales” orientation
(ie the ability to build a pipeline of potential affiliates
and then methodically convince them to promote our site)
– experience with different types of affiliates
(SEM/PPC, SEO/Content, Email, etc)
– an outgoing personality (”a people person”)
– minimal HTML skills would be a bonus
(to advise affiliates on how to implement our ads)
Our company is located in Danbury CT, although we would gladly work with someone who wanted to telecommute from anywhere in the US or Canada. The position will pay a competitive salary relative to the experience of the candidate.
