Hi, I’ve been using article marketing for sometime now and i was wondering can i take some of my older articles, change there titles, and rearrange the content and resubmit them? is this considered bad practice?

Also, the only article directory i’ve ever had any really success with is ezinearticles.com and i have used all the other “top” directories people talk about but i haven’t really had any results. Any suggestion?
